Identify the assembly and components
Photograph the outside of the equipment and any safely visible labels. Provide manufacturer, series, model or catalog number, voltage and current ratings when known. State whether you are selling complete assemblies, separate breakers or a mixed equipment lot. Do not enter energized compartments for photographs.
Explain condition and completeness
Describe whether units are unused surplus, used take-outs or incomplete assemblies. Note known missing components and existing inspection or service records. If operating condition is unknown, label it unknown rather than assuming it works. Clear information helps avoid misunderstandings when a lot is evaluated.
Coordinate access before scheduling
For installed equipment, explain who controls the site and whether removal is part of a larger shutdown. Share any loading restrictions or deadlines early. A review of equipment does not by itself confirm a purchase, price, dismantling arrangement or pickup date; agree on those details directly.
Questions about this equipment
Can I send an inventory spreadsheet?
An existing inventory is useful alongside clear photos. Call or text Nick to agree how to share the list.
Do I need to know the exact model?
Send a readable label photo if you do not know the model. Explain what you do know and whether the equipment is installed or already removed.
