Equipment Pickup & Removal Preparation

The current site lists pickup, boom-truck removal and site cleanup as available. A removal plan starts with the equipment and the site conditions, rather than an assumed truck size or a guaranteed collection date.

Photograph the route as well as the asset

Alongside equipment photos, provide a view of the loading area and relevant access route when appropriate. Mention gates, height restrictions, narrow passages, stairs, indoor placement and nearby operations. If the weight or dimensions are known, share the source of those measurements.

Explain readiness and responsibilities

State whether the equipment has been isolated, drained, disconnected or removed from its foundation. Do not perform hazardous disconnection or lifting for the sake of a quote. Identify any substances, fluids or site requirements that need specialist review, and agree who is responsible for each part of the work.

Confirm the plan before the visit

Discuss what is being purchased, what will be removed, any remaining material, access times and the intended cleanup scope. Availability, transport and any lifting arrangement must be confirmed for the actual project. Keep the authorized site contact available to resolve questions about access or excluded assets.
